Our ToS is relatively simple. We do not allow the following to be hosted on our website/network:
1. Hacking or Attacking 2. Spamming 3. Phishing Websites 4. Warez ( torrents, nulled scripts, .RAR, etc… ) 5. Abuse of resources (disk space, CPU ,bandwidth, etc... ) will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to Rapid Leech, proxies, chat scripts, image/file hosting scripts, file storage, and personal collections of data, MP3s, etc... 6. Adult Content ( Please, lets keep InfiniteServe hosting clean ) 7. Copyright Infringement ( If you don't own it or have resell rights, don't use it, sell it, or give it away ) 8. Illegal Activity
All Paid members:

REFUND POLICY Unless otherwise stated, all services purchased from InfiniteServe are non-refundable. 1. Terms of Service is the same as above. 2. Paid members will be terminated or suspended immediately shall they fail to follow the above also with out any refunds. All Resellers: 1. Can not establish free hosting on Infiniteserve 2. Clients of Resellers are subject to the our TOS 3. All Resellers are responsible for their clients.
